Traditionally, a certain time of year, the merfolk has a festival of the sea of stars celebration to honor their gods. Atlantis celebrates it at Atlantica Beach, where the waters glow a vibrant color due to the light of the moon. They host food, music, and game activities.09 The Sea of Stars are rumored to bring resurrection to the souls of the dead, if they're placed in the body of water. The Sea of Stars drawn in the tourists to Atlantis, a heavenly place.10 When merfolk die, they turn to seafoam, becoming one with the sea.

In Goddess form, she has fluorescent aquamarine wings that spread, giving her the ability to fly without her staff.—————-(HER STORY)—————She originates from a place out at sea in the outskirts of Yokohama Japan . In a place that was once known as ATLANTIS . For centuries Atlantis stood tall & proud . Ruled by the son of Poseidon & Amphitrite , Triton along with his Empress Luciana .Many often would sought refuge during hard times and looked to their people for healing and medicine. They held little to no interest in the affairs of war or other trivial matters. Their only interest was staying up to date with their beliefs. But to continue to expand throughout the years and preserve their magic and sea life.. Always thriving until one day it had succumbed to a tragic fate . Atlantis was lost during a catastrophic event which led to the great collapse .Atlantis had vanished beneath the waves even though the Emperor and Empress tried to save it. Everything had been lost and many had perished or were captured to be sold off into the black market . She ends up in those slave trades to be sold and used for other profits from organizations . Enduring countless forms of torture ranging from physical & mental abuse . Eventually she is separated from her loved ones .At some point during the slave trades it becomes raided by the Port Mafia where she meets Sakunosuke Oda . He saves her from being taken and manages to keep her hidden from from his job and outside world . She ends up living with Sakunosuke & manages to maintain a normal life . These two would later fall in love with another and she becomes pregnant with Yuu & Athena . Who would’ve thought their happy life would soon turn tragic . .Somewhere along the chaos after Sakunosuke’s death she had been left with nothing but his memory . She had raised Yuu & Athena on her own with the help of her family after reuniting . Where she ends up returning to the lost ruins and helped rebuild their Empire . All the while maintaining a local residence for her children to visit their father’s grave . She would watch over them as they grew .As time passes . . reports of her sighting along the beach of Yokohama at night , she gained the title of ‘ Yokohama’s Ghost ‘ . It was mainly due to her ghastly appearance and hymn of her siren’s song . Many articles have been placed up causing quite a disturbance . It was rumored by some that she could have been an ability user . Thus , she becomes sought out by the different organizations such as the Port Mafia , Hunting Dogs & ADA . She has a run in with the Mafia Boss , Mori who’s team ends up briefly capturing her . Mori believed her mutation was unique and experimented on her . Once the ADA catches onto Mori’s scheme Kunikida and Dazai end up rescuing her from her prison .She becomes protected under the ADA and spent her days with the agency . Her and Osamu Dazai become close by often working together , his playful antics in which they fell in love . Creating a life together where they marry and become the next Empress and Emperor of Atlantis , in which they later create #RENOVATIONIS . It becomes an organization to Atlantis the lost Empire where they are within an alliance with the ADA . Often lending their assistance to Fukuzawa from both the land and sea as which is seen fit .

_____________________01. Judgement Of The Sea. ( 裁きの海 ) is the ability to control larger amounts of water at vast speed and high pressure. It has the power to split open the ocean on one or more occasions. Bringing destruction whoever or whatever is within range of the attacker's path. It was deemed the seven seas judgement due to being seeing as an unforgiving sea. It is a special attack that only the descendant's of the SEA KING are able to use.02. Aqua Canon (アクアキャノン)Fires a powerful blast of pressurized water at all targets within ten meters. It comes in a physical form of water bubble with a mass erruption. It has a 65% to slow targets down for 2-3 seconds.03. Landslide , is a water and earth base attack. It's a shift beneath the opponent's feet beneath the ground within range of their attacker. Manipulating the water that is absorbed within the ground in a form of a land slide. Forcing the opponent several feet back from coming within range. Leaving room for the attacker to pursue the fight with borrowed time or flee.04. Earth Vector , it is also known for being an earth and water base attack. Using the moisture from the soil that is absorbed from rain and other underground water sources. Creates an earthy like attack that shoots up from the ground in form of a giant fist made from mud. Which is then used to being brought down on the opponent from behind as a quick little ambush.05. Tempest is a combination attack in the form of water magic and spiritual energy. Which is created to mimic , a similar effect to lightning from a storm. Striking the enemy in the form of multiple bolts to create damage.06. Kurenai no Umi (Red Tide)(紅の海) Conjures a wave of blood to wash over all enemies within eight meters. Has a 53% chance to cause enemies to bleed, dealing damage equal to Soulforce over nine seconds.07. Siren's Kiss , comes in the form of a magical storm of water and spiritual magic. It attacks it's opponents within a few feet of range in the form of an arcane circle trapping them.HEALS
_____________________01. Rejuvenation Aura: 若返りオーラ Rejuvenation Aura is a form of healing magic that is shared between the caster and another individual. It helps restore both physical and magical energies. It is a more in depth type of heal when it comes to more deeper injuries.02. Chronic Healing Beam (靈氣の治癒, Reiki no Chiyu): Chronic Healing Beam Aura is a powerful spell that can heal an intended recipient as their wounds accumulate over a small duration. The user begins by exerting their magic power, shrouding the body of their allies in a mist-like coat. It is an ability that can be used for multiple inviduals within a single range.03. Heal (癒す, Iyasu): Heal is the signature spell of Healing Magic, hence the name. By channeling their magic power into their palms, the user is capable of projecting a mist-like field of their aura to heal minor injuries. This spell can only be used at a short-range, in nearly direct contact with the recipient. Depending on the amount of magic power put into the spell, the user is capable of healing non-life threatening wounds, such as grazes, contusions, bruises, scratches, and more.MISC ABILITIES
_____________________01. Fukkatsu no jumon (起死ラザロ, Razaro lit. From the Brink of Death): Fukkatsu no jumon is an exceptionally powerful spell with the staggering ability to practically bring people back from the brink of death. It can be used anywhere in the line of sight of the caster.The caster begins by exerting their magic power, covering the recipient in a bubble-like shield of healing magic, levitating their body within it.
After the shell is erected, it is incredibly difficult to puncture, taking on qualities similar to a Magic Barrier. Inside the shell, incredibly potent healing magic is released, instantly healing any aspect of damage to their body, repairing bones, healing damaged tissue, both internal and external and curing them of any ailments.The only limitation to Fukkatsu no jumon is regenerating a severed limb or bringing the user truly back to life.Fukkatsu no jumon is an exceptionally costly spell, devastatingly draining the caster's magic reserves. Some users of Healing Magic generally pass out after using this spell while others less fortunate have died attempting it.02. Invisibility, depending how advanced the caster is currently. Is able to physically liquidize their body into water. Giving the illusion of being invisible which is handy in difficult situations. However the spell doesn't last very long and can only buy a little bit of time.03. Water Veil (青の障壁, Ao no Shouheki): The user creates one or more highly pressurized barriers for defensive purposes. The main usage of this spell is to block oncoming attacks by means of placing a barrier in front of the attack's path.These constructs have proven to be quite strong and are equal to as much magic power is used to create them, thus a stronger mage can create a stronger barrier.
Additionally, these barriers can be formed in either a traditional, shield-like shape or a dome around the caster, though the former is shown to use more magic power due to its spherical design.04. Mirror Water (鏡水, Kagamizu): The user creates a screen of water in front of an oncoming attack, with a surface that is purely reflective. This spell redirects both magical and physical attacks back to where they came from, making it an incredibly useful defensive countermeasure.
The strength of this spell is reliant on the amount of magic power one is using to maintain it. The stronger the attack is, the stronger the barrier must be to reflect it.05. Underwater communication , is a form of a language exchanged between the individual and sea life. It comes off in a form of a ' telepathic nudge' which emits like a soundwave. It's a form of communication and sometimes is used during difficult situations which may include in assistance with underwater attacks.06: Psychic Will.
